Laura Goldstein, PsyD
Licensed Pediatric Psychologist providing telehealth services in MA
About
I have 15+ years experience treating children, teenagers, and young adults suffering from anxiety, chronic pain, and Functional Neurological Disorder. In addition to my private practice, I am the co-director of the Pediatric Pain Clinic at Boston Medical Center. I have extensive experience treating families from various backgrounds in the hospital setting and I have worked alongside physicians, nurses, social workers, and integrative providers. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies including hypnosis and biofeedback. My work focuses on the mind-body connection and body awareness in treating anxiety and somatic disorders. I work closely with families, schools, and community providers to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
I love to give children the skills to overcome overwhelming symptoms so they recover, increase functioning, and feel empowered to move forward in their lives.

I am in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Some other insurance companies (i.e., PPO plans) provide partial reimbursement for services rendered by out-of-network providers. Please check with your insurance provider to determine whether you have any out-of-network coverage for behavioral health and to request more specific information about your plan's reimbursement rate, deductible, and mental health coverage. I can provide you with documentation that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”, which is an estimate of how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers, email FederalPPDRQuestions@cms.hhs.gov, or call 1- 800-985-3059.
